Sometimes our best life can feel out of reach. A part of us feels stuck in cognitive or relational patterns that served us at one time, but do not serve us well anymore. We want to make some changes, but we find ourselves stuck. Poet Mary Oliver asked the question, "What will you do with this one wild and precious life?" I'm here to hold a safe space for you to work out your answer this question, to witness and reflect as you do this work both internally and externally. Our best selves, our best lives, are within reach.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in CBT, DBT, psychoanalytic, complex trauma, and internal family systems theory, as well as the Gottman Relationship Method for couples counseling. In therapy sessions I use emotionally-focused therapy to address depression, anxiety, attachment issues, cross-cultural and racial issues, for adult individuals and couples. I would be privileged to be a part of your growth journey. Working on ourselves can be a struggle, but you don't have to remain stuck, and you don't have to do it alone. What will you do with your one wild and precious life? Reach out to me by phone or email, and let's begin the conversation.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
