Growing up, I was always told I was a great listener and I enjoyed helping others problem-solve. I recognized my true passion was in mental health services early on when my friend asked for my support in visiting a counselor in high school for depression.

For the past 5 years, I have directed my passion into providing therapy and mental health care with an Masters of Science in Counseling with concentration in Marriage Family Therapy and School Counseling in both English and Spanish.

My therapeutic approach is Strength-based, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and trauma-informed. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, sensory integration, and mindfulness strategies; working with you to carefully tailor the therapeutic experience to your own individual needs.

I have experience in working with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, interpersonal difficulties, stress management, work/life balance and needs with varying individuals and groups such as toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families.

I am a professional that prides myself on being warm, compassionate, and genuine. As a Latina raised in San Francisco, I would like to do my part in helping you through the means of understanding and guidance.
