Meet Nicole
I have been providing psychotherapeutic mental health and community support services to individuals, families, and youth since 2008. I have worked in a variety of settings throughout Southern and Northern California, including hospitals, shelters, non-profit organizations, schools and mental health agencies. Through this work, I help clients to better understand themselves and create action plans to live the type of life that is desired.
My goal is to help you connect to what you value the most, even if you are unsure of what that is at the moment and bring those values to the forefront of your life. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, empathetic and caring but straightforward. I collaborate with my clients to help create the space for change through problem solving, emotional growth and introspection.
As an integrative therapist, I pull from various therapies and use multiple techniques, depending on the client and the desired results. I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Attachment and Family Systems Theory, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Yoga Therapy most frequently in sessions with clients.
My specialty areas include:
● Depression
● Anxiety
● Stress Management
● Relationship and Social Difficulties
● Coping skills
● Adolescent/Play therapy
● Emotional Disturbance
● School issues (K-12)
● Behavioral issues
● Emotional Intelligence
● Personal / Spiritual Growth
● Gender/Sexuality Exploration
● Co-Parenting

● Cultural Identification
If you are ready to dig deep, or even if you are still unsure, contact me and we can talk more about what your healing goals may be.
Namaste.
