MEET

Hello, My name is Shanic.  Thank you for considering our partnership. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating life’s challenges. My path into this work was shaped by a deep commitment to personal growth, the practice of mindfulness, yogic theory, and lived experience, which continues to guide how I connect with clients.

I bring a caring, direct, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where you can feel supported while also gently challenged. I believe in meeting you where you are and using a strengths-based, solution-focused lens to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I have a special interest in grief, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, and I draw from approaches such as CBT, somatic practices, motivational interviewing, play therapy, and mindfulness to tailor to your needs. I look forward to meeting you.
