MEET

Sometimes we can feel stuck, wanting things to change but unsure of where to start. Whether experiencing distress due to ongoing struggles or in coping with current life circumstances, working with a supportive therapist can help.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, passionate about therapy and the healing that comes through participation in the therapy process. Using a supportive, collaborative and strength-based approach, I have been providing mental health support to children, adolescents and adults in the East Bay area for more than 10 years. I also have extensive experience providing school-based therapy to children and teens who are struggling emotionally, exhibiting challenging behaviors and experiencing difficulties in school and social relationships.

My style is warm, accepting and non-judgmental and my goal is to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients. I work collaboratively to support individuals struggling with Relational issues both past and present, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Trauma, ADHD, and situational stressors as well as other challenges.

My approach is eclectic and holistic, rooted strongly in Attachment Theory, Family Systems, Positive psychology, Humanism. I also utilize Mindfulness, Behavior Modification, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing treatment modalities and strategies.

I want to tailor therapy to fit your needs and goals.
