Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about supporting your growth. Hi, my name is Sharaye “Shay” Bellamy, I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who brings substantial experience supporting teens, adults, families, and couples through life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and intention. I have a strong clinical background working with clients of the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent individuals, providing affirming, inclusive care that honors each person’s unique identity and lived experience.

I have experience supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected, while also feeling empowered to explore patterns, build insight, and move toward meaningful change.

My therapy style is positive and affirming, creating space for support while compassionately inviting empowerment and new perspectives that promote self-discovery. I believe change happens best in a space that is safe, supportive, and real, where clients can be reflective and encouraged to show up authentically. Together, we work toward obtainable goals that promote healing, personal growth, and deeper understanding of self and relationships.

I became a therapist to be a relatable and supportive resource for individuals from historically marginalized communities as they navigate life’s ups and downs. Outside of my work, I’m a dog mom of two who enjoys traveling, good food, and music.

I’m motivated by helping people work through life’s challenges so they can reconnect with joy, balance, and a fuller enjoyment of life. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where we move at your pace to understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, and support healing and sustainable growth.
