I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, families, and clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship dynamics, and substance use concerns.

My clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on helping clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and strengths-based environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
