Hi! I'm Julia Marcus Paul and I am an individual, marriage and family therapist. My areas of expertise include helping those coping with death and loss, suicide ideation, anger management, women’s issues, life transitions and self mutilation. I work with all populations across the lifespan. Working together will provide you with fairness, acknowledgment and credit for your suffering.
We will revisit your past and determine how it has created the "you" you are today. We can add and subtract the qualities that no longer or maybe never served you well. Therapy will challenge you too. I am with you on your journey towards feeling whole, well and in control. Achieving positive mental health is not only attainable it is deserving.
