You might think you are going crazy, but you are not. You have suffered a loss and you are grieving. Crying at the drop of a hat, constantly forgetting things, feelings of anxiety, and even anger can be everyday occurrences. Laughter and happy people seem out of place in your world. This is what grief looks like. Many people are experiencing grief during the COVID-19 pandemic. There is so much loss due to isolation, uncertainty, illness and death. Experiencing multiple losses at one time can complicate or prolong grief and delay a person’s ability to adapt, heal and recover.
I am a Brain spotting Practitioner and offer this powerful and effective method of identifying, processing and releasing various types of trauma. It can be utilized in combination with talk therapy or as a standalone healing method.
If you are a caregiver, you may want support to help prevent burnout and a refuge when grief may arise while caring for loved ones. Whether you’re caregiving, dealing with the loss or illness of a loved, your own end of life issues, or the loss of a beloved pet, I can walk the grief journey with you and help you explore pathways to move forward.
